“Mediocrity or MORE”
“Mediocrity or MORE”
We say,
“who are we not to be loved”?
We feel,
“who are they not to accept our flaws”?
Do we really think mediocrity has a voice?
Or do we suppose that eagles will dive beneath the sea?
We give excuses.
We make allegations.
We shoot spikes of sarcasm without pitching in the tents of wisdom.
How do we suppose that men would look upon us in the midst of hazy clouds??
You say “ohhh well, that’s just the way I am, they should accept me for who I am”.
Do you really think a compendium of unreasonable flaws&faults is who God has made you to be??
Or do you suppose that the All Perfecto God would create a brand brimming with stains?
So when next you are tempted to spill out those mediocrity embedded words, remember that you are NOT YOUR FLAWS.
Remember that you are made for MORE!
The language of the little man is; “Take me as I am, I CANT do better than I have done”.
The speech of the learned man spills out wisdom even in his “weakness”.
He looks at himself and SAYS
“I am not MY FLAWS.
“I can DO MORE.
I can BE MORE.
I was Made for MORE in character & comportment”
The choice is fully ours for the gap between mediocrity and excellence is a full bridge and not a thin line.
…a bridge, not a thin line
Olufunke, you’ve spoken well. I am not my flaws! Thanks. Keep painting the world with your ink!
Individual mindset determines alot that happens to them. Truly the gap between mediocrity and excellence is a full bridge indeed.
